Refund Policy

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This policy outlines the conditions for refunds, returns, and exchanges to ensure a smooth experience.

1. Returns
Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In its original packaging

Items that are damaged, worn, altered, or missing tags/packaging will not be accepted for return. Customized and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

2. Return Period

You have 5 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at minniethreads@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A detailed reason for return
  • Relevant photos or unboxing video (for verification)

Once your request is reviewed, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

4. Refunds
Inspection & Approval

After receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets eligibility criteria. You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or incorrect, reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • The item size does not match the ordered specifications

For all exchange claims:

  • You must share an unboxing video as proof.

6. Shipping
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Errors

If the return or exchange is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item), Minnie Threads will bear the shipping costs.

Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a trackable courier service or purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Sale or discounted products
  • Downloadable software or digital content
  • Personal care items
