At Minnie Threads, we cater to kidswear sizes and women’s sizes from Small to Large, ensuring perfect fits and coordinated luxury looks.
2. How can I place an order?
You can order through our official website or WhatsApp. Once confirmed, you will receive an email or message.
3. Do you offer customization?
Yes, select designs can be customized. Custom orders may require additional time.
4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept COD (Pakistan), bank transfer, debit/credit card, and international card/transfer payments.
5. How long will my order take to arrive?
RTW: 3–5 business days. Custom: 1–2 weeks. International: 10–15 business days.
6. Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery time and charges depend on your location.
7. What is your exchange or refund policy?
Exchanges/refunds only for damaged/incorrect items reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video. Custom & sale items are not exchangeable/refundable.
