Yes, select designs can be customized. Custom orders may require additional time.
4. What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept COD (Pakistan), bank transfer, debit/credit card, and international card/transfer payments.
5. How long will my order take to arrive? +
RTW: 3–5 business days. Custom: 1–2 weeks. International: 10–15 business days.
6. Do you deliver internationally? +
Yes, we ship worldwide. Delivery time and charges depend on your location.
7. What is your exchange or refund policy? +
Exchanges/refunds only for damaged/incorrect items reported within 24 hours with an unboxing video. Custom & sale items are not exchangeable/refundable.
